Volunteer Coordinator– Part-Time

Hill House & Sanctuary Breaks are looking for a friendly, organised Volunteer Development Worker to recruit, support, and inspire our volunteers. Help us create a safe, welcoming, trauma-aware environment for refugees and those seeking asylum in Gloucestershire.

Hours: 9 hours per week 

Location: Home-based + some on-site sessions 

Salary: £26,403 pro rata (based on 37 hour week)

Some on-site presence required for 2 x Monday volunteer mornings per month and 1 x Tuesday Sanctuary Breaks volunteer days pr month (with possible expansion to 2 per month)
