This Shakespearean romp set in Hill House Garden tells the weird and wonderful tale of PERICLES, the Prince of Tyre!
Follow his adventures of shipwreck, revelations of incest and intrigue, and eventually curious reunion with his wife and daughter!
Gates open for the telling of this fantastical tale at 2.30pm.
Performance will start at approximately 3pm.
There will be wine, tea, and perhaps cake (cakes and bakes brought by guests are welcomed) + time to wander in the garden.

Sanctuary Breaks’ start to Refugee Week Celebration and annual fundraiser in the beautiful gardens of Hill House, Amberley

🙌🏾 🎻 Folk dance and live music from around the world sharing traditions from Ukraine, Palestine, Malaysia, Scotland and more. Proceedings proudly kicked off by all-female progressive Morris side, Boss Morris and esteemed folk violinist Miranda Rutter. Dancing contributors include Boss and Sanctuary Breaks community member Zariq Rosita Hanif and other talented locals.
